I won’t even pretend like I have the best skin. I’m currently struggling with Hyperpigmentation on my cheeks from wearing masks all year. After about two months I’m finally starting to see results and I’m so happy to get my skin back. I wanted to share with you guys some affordable skincare products I’ve been using that’s working for me.
Disclaimer– I’m not a skincare guru and I don’t study skincare AT ALL. These products are the products that are working for me right now. I would also consider my skin pretty normal. Lastly, I would say the more natural the product, the better it works for my skin.
1) African Black Soap Bar by Sky Organics– This has made the biggest impact on my skin. I use it everyday, which doesn’t harm my skin at all. I can’t live without this stuff. MY #1
2) First Aid Beauty Face cleanser– I only use this cleanser a couple times a week or just when I’m removing my makeup.
3) Mario Badescu Facial Spray– My second favorite! I use this everyday after washing my face. It’s so refreshing.
4) The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA– This product I use a couple days a week to help clear my dark spots.
5) Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream– I love this stuff, but my husband loves it more.
Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 PA+– I don’t use sunscreen everyday but when I do I use this, It doesn’t leave the white cast that everyone hates.
