How I’m slowly Getting Back On Track

This quarantine weight is no joke! I’ve always cooked 5-6 times a week and only ate out once a week. That was before everything started. I’m so embarrassed to tell y’all we’ve been eating out about 3 times a week. ( I’m not judging anyone, that’s just not what I believe in). I’ve been working out 3-4 times a week, but I’m not eating right so what’s the point.

A couple weeks ago I decided enough was enough. I’m slowly getting back on track with my fitness. I’ve been including more cardio and still lifting weights . My first meal of the day is usually a green smoothie. Greens are important guys! I’ve also included drinking one gallon of water a day or more.
With working out 4-5 times a week and eating right I know I can get back on track. I learned a while back from my sister that small changes can make a big difference. I don’t really have a weight loss goal just to take better care of my body.
