Happy Holidays y’all!!! This is my favorite time of the year. I’m most excited about all the holiday parties. If you don’t know by now my favorite thing to do is get all dressed up and do my makeup. My makeup is usually very basic, I’m the lashes and red lip girl. This year for the holidays I want to do something a little different. If you’re with me here are some easy ideas.
Most of the time I keep my eyeshadow very simple. I either do no eyeshadow or brown and gold and I’m done. For the holidays I was thinking of adding a little color like green or pink. You can use eyeshadow or a colored eyeliner and add the color of your choice to your waterline. It’s simple but will definitely add a quick statement. If your not really into that you can try adding a different color to your tear duct.
You can also think about switching your lip color. I usually wear red or nude. So I’m thinking about trying a peachy pink or purple. Even a ombré with purple and red mixed would be great for the holidays.
A few years ago I was into colored mascaras like blue and purple. People would always notice it, they thought it was so cool. I wouldn’t recommend blue or purple mascara for everyday if your not into that, but this could be a great idea for the holidays. You can keep your makeup look very simple and use your mascara to make the statement.
