How to dress for the transitioning weather

I woke up this morning and the temperature was in the 60s. It looks like we can really wave summer goodbye (sad face). The transition into fall has officially began y’all! One thing I don’t like about this time of the year is I never know how to dress. Should I wear a jacket, sweater or shorts. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has this issue. Here are some of my suggestions.

Dresses + Boots– I would say don’t pack away all your summer wardrobe just yet. The Fall and Winter season doesn’t last long, so I’ll be transitioning most of my wardrobe. For example “sundresses and maxi dresses always work well with boots. If your still chilly you can add a jacket or sweater. It’s all about making your wardrobe work best for you all year.

Crop Tops + Blazers– Yes, Crop tops can also be appropriate for Fall. With the right structured blazer I will be wearing my crop tops. Sometimes I feel so restricted in the cooler months, so wearing a crop top with a blazer will add a little sexy to your look. You do not have to always wear bulky clothing.

WEARING

Sweatshirts + Skirts- Everyone should own a nice quality basic sweatshirt for when the weather starts to transition. I will also be wearing sweatshirts with shorts and skirts. This is more of a edgy look, but I love it. A Silk midi skirt from summer and a hoodie will be a look for this season.

I really hope this post helps you guys. I use to feel so discouraged this time of the year. I wanted to look fashionable, but I wasn’t sure what to wear. I’m so excited I finally mastered it.

Until Next Time…
